Our Process

From Audit toLaunch in Days,Not Quarters

How does a website get built in days instead of quarters? Five stages: visibility audit, fixed-scope written proposal, pipeline build with AI execution under senior-engineer review, measured launch, and post-launch SEO. One accountable team, and a written scope before a line of code gets written. This is the exact process behind every engagement on our work page.

Five Stages. Every Time.

The same process on every engagement, because a process you can repeat is a result you can predict.

01

Visibility Audit & Discovery

Every engagement opens with evidence. If you have a site, we run our ECARAT visibility audit: search rankings, Google Business Profile, review profile, schema coverage, and AI-search visibility, scored and benchmarked against the competitors taking your calls. If you're starting fresh, we run a brand-and-offer discovery: ideal customer, visual direction, and page scope.

02

Fixed-Scope Written Proposal

You get the findings and a written proposal with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Brand identity, copywriting, AI visualizers, and city pages are priced as line items you can trace back to a finding. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainer, no surprise invoices.

03

Pipeline Build, Human Oversight

AI executes the approved scope inside our proprietary delivery pipeline while a senior engineer directs every decision and reviews every line. Each page is checked against the design system and the SEO checklist before it ships. This is the stage that compresses quarters into days.

04

Measured Launch

New sites launch clean with full schema and tracking. Revamps launch with redirect maps, analytics continuity, and production-gated indexation, plus a documented before/after comparison, so your rankings, reviews, and lead flow survive the cutover intact.

05

Post-Launch SEO & Iteration

Launch is the starting line. We monitor rankings, map-pack movement, and lead flow, then iterate: new city pages, content, schema, and conversion improvements. If a number moves the wrong way after a cutover, fixing it is our job, not yours.

Your Part Is Small. OursIsn't.

You run your business. We run the project. Here is the honest split of effort.

What We Need From You

  • One discovery call, about 45 minutes

  • Access to your domain, hosting, and Google Business Profile

  • Straight answers about your customers, pricing, and capacity

  • One decision-maker who can sign off on the scope

  • Feedback at two scheduled checkpoints, not daily meetings

What We Handle

  • The audit, the strategy, and the written proposal

  • Copywriting, design, and photography direction

  • The full build: pages, schema, forms, integrations

  • Migration plumbing: redirects, canonicals, analytics continuity

  • Launch, indexation, and post-launch SEO iteration

Straight Answers

The questions every business owner asks about the process, answered the way we'd answer them across a table.

Two reasons: evidence-first scoping and our delivery pipelines. The audit removes the guesswork that bloats traditional timelines, and AI handles the volume inside the pipeline while a senior engineer directs the work and reviews every line. Nothing ships without human review. The timelines on this page are real client engagements, linked above.

Only humans. You work directly with the founders, Matthew and Nathan, from the first call through launch. There is no account manager and no junior handoff. The pipeline is a system we own and operate; the accountability is ours.

We keep measuring. Rankings, map-pack movement, and lead flow get monitored, and we iterate on content, city pages, and schema. If a cutover wobbles or a number moves the wrong way, that's our problem to fix, and we treat it that way.

Most of our clients do. The process starts with the ECARAT visibility audit, and a revamp follows the same five stages: audit, fixed-scope proposal, rebuild, measured launch with redirect maps and analytics continuity, then post-launch iteration. Your rankings and reviews survive the move.
