The Agentic PNW client portal: The Back Patio's home dashboard with an 8.9 of 10 local score, six audit categories, and the week's activity on one page.

The first sign-in starts the tour.

No training call, no PDF manual. A guided tour walks the whole portal in about a minute, spotlighting each surface as it goes.

  • Eleven short steps that end with you knowing where everything lives
  • Written in plain words, for owners, not for developers
  • Replay it anytime from the Portal tour button in the sidebar
the guided tour

Eight rooms, one key.

Everything below is live in the portal today, shown on real clients running on it right now.

Ask for it. Or just point at it.

The Website Builder is an AI assistant in a rail beside your live site. Ask for a change in plain words, or click any text or photo on the page and edit it right there.

  • Ask in plain English, or point and edit directly on the real page - no code, no forms
  • Every edit queues visibly, then ships as one staged preview you can walk through first
  • Publish happens with your approval, and the latest eligible publish can be undone when no newer conflict exists

The science: staged, previewed, reversible. Nothing ships silently.

the Website Builder

Job photos to finished projects, in minutes.

The Project Manager turns a batch of job photos into a finished project on your commercial or residential page. Drop the batch, answer two or three questions from the interview guide, review the write-up, and press Ship it.

  • Drop a whole batch at once: every photo is checked, shrunk, and gets drafted alt text you can edit
  • The interview asks two to four short questions, then writes the project description with you, in your voice
  • A voice checker scores how human the write-up reads before anything can ship
  • Shipping runs through the same plan, preview, and approval review as every other change

The science: the photos are read by vision, the words pass the same quality gate as the blog. You approve every word.

the Project Manager, mid-interview
The Project Manager's interview step: two job photos read and tagged, the interview guide greeting in the chat card, and the saved drafts rail below.

Add an event in two minutes.

Site Content is every word and photo on your site in plain forms. The Back Patio adds an event in one short form, and it lands on their real public calendar with the schema Google reads for event listings.

  • One short form per event: the slug fills in for you, repeats are plain words
  • Events publish to a real calendar where each day opens a full detail card
  • Past events dim themselves on the calendar and drop out of the event schema on their own
  • The Featured Flyer, the homepage's big banner, is one form with a show and hide switch

The science: two minutes from bar napkin to calendar, structured data included.

Site Content: events to calendar

Blog posts, on rails.

The Content Engine drafts articles for your trade and town, and holds them to a bar before anything can publish.

  • Topic suggestions backed by measured search volumes and Google Trends in your market
  • One approved topic becomes a 1,200 to 1,600 word article with FAQ structure and internal links
  • Every draft gets a Human Score with a per-check breakdown; nothing publishes below the bar
  • An editorial calendar with reminder emails keeps the cadence honest

The science: topics come from measured search data, not vibes. Quality is a gate, not a goal.

the Content Engine

Rankings, measured weekly.

The Local SEO tab watches how neighbors find you: your map-pack positions, your review engine, and your Google Business Profile health, refreshed on a schedule.

  • Map-pack positions for your tracked keywords, measured from your market's center
  • The review engine: count, average, 90-day velocity, owner-response rate, per-review sentiment
  • Your Google Business Profile as a completeness checklist, not a mystery
  • Responding to reviews and posting to your profile from the portal: pending Google's approval, slots already built

The science: measured from your market, from live data. Never a vendor screenshot.

the Local SEO tab

96 checks. Every week.

Reports is the audit behind the score: the full ECARAT assessment running against your site every week, with the evidence attached.

  • 96 criteria scored weekly, every one linked to the evidence it was measured on
  • What cannot be measured is marked deferred and excluded honestly, never scored as zero
  • Your score trend plus You vs. the field: competitors scanned with the same rubric
  • Share any report with one link, and revoke the link anytime

The science: evidence-linked criteria. What we can't measure, we say so.

the weekly ECARAT report

One shared to-do list. Zero secrets in email.

Action Items keeps both sides' work in one list. The Credential Vault moves logins without ever putting them in an inbox.

  • One to-do list we both work from: owners, due dates, status, nothing falls through the cracks
  • Credentials shared AES-256 encrypted, never over email or text
  • Read receipts show the exact moment anyone opens a secret
  • Burn-on-read links self-destruct after opening, or after seven days

The science: AES-256 at rest, and you see every open.

Action Items and the Credential Vault

Help that already knows you.

The portal guide floats on every page. Ask it what anything does: it answers with your account in view, and it files things with the team when it is stuck.

  • An AI guide on every page that knows the page you are on and your account
  • It escalates to the team with the details attached when it cannot fix something itself
  • All four agents - the builder, the editor, the project interviewer, and the guide - share one memory of your preferences

The science: 24/7 help that knows your site, your score, and your to-do list.

the portal guide

The whole thing, in your pocket.

Every page of the portal is built for a phone first. Check the week's numbers from the driveway, or add next month's event from the bar's phone in about two minutes.

The portal on a phone: The Back Patio's header, the request-a-change band, and the 8.9 of 10 score card, full width and thumb friendly. The Events editor on a phone with the typed Halloween Costume Party event and its autofilled slug, one field per row.

  • Five update credits each calendar month during that term, with unused base credits expiring at reset
  • Unlisted previews and one-click undo for the latest eligible publish when no newer conflict exists
  • The guided tour on your first sign-in, replayable anytime
  • The portal guide on every page, with your account in view

Questions, answered.

It is included for the support term written into your website proposal. That term covers the weekly audit, editing tools, guided tour, and five update credits each calendar month.

Revamp or new build, the portal is part of delivery, and your first weekly audit runs at launch. Your proposal states exactly how long the included portal and audit support lasts.

You own the code, the content, and the domain, the same promise as the build itself. The portal is how you reach your reports, changes, and eligible publishes, in plain language.

Every change saves as an unlisted preview first and only goes live when you press Publish. The latest eligible publish can be undone with one click when no newer conflicting change exists.

The meter for changes we build for you through the Website Builder. Five credits refresh each calendar month during your included support term, and unused base credits do not roll over. A credit is counted when you approve a plan. Unapproved plans, self-service edits, and blog-engine publishes do not spend credits. A 5-credit top-up is $49 when you need more.

Fully. Every page is built for a phone first: check your score from the driveway, or add next month's event from the bar's phone in about two minutes.

Your Website Should Be Your Best Salesperson.

Every site we build comes with this portal behind it. Book a strategy session and we will walk you through a real one, on a real client, live.
