What We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), website (optional), and your message. Separately, our analytics and advertising tools automatically collect technical information about your visit - pages viewed, actions taken (such as starting or submitting a form), and standard device and browser data. We do not use account systems.

Analytics & Advertising

We run ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and this site uses two measurement tools so we can tell whether those ads - and the site itself - are working:

• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API: these record page views and actions such as form submissions, and report them to Meta Platforms, Inc. When you submit the contact form, your email address and phone number are hashed (one-way encrypted) in our systems before being shared with Meta, along with your IP address and browser user agent. Meta may use this information for ad targeting, measurement, and personalization as described in Meta's Data Policy.
• Google Analytics 4: collects anonymized usage statistics - pages visited, time on site, and general interaction events - so we can understand site performance. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Why We Collect It

We use the information you submit for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. That includes preparing your free visibility scan findings and a proposal, and following up with you about it. That's the whole list.

Who Processes Your Data

Four service providers touch your information, strictly to operate this site and measure our advertising:

• Resend: delivers the email containing your form submission to us.
• Vercel: hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it.
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: receives hashed contact details and site-activity events for ad measurement and targeting (see Analytics & Advertising above).
• Google: processes anonymized usage statistics through Google Analytics 4.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Advertising and analytics measurement is limited to the tools described above. We do not add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.

Your Rights & Choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email matthew@agenticpnw.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

To control how Meta uses your activity for ad personalization, adjust your Meta Ad Preferences. To opt out of Google Analytics across the web, install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Do not sell or share my personal information: we do not sell personal information. Under the CCPA/CPRA, sharing data with advertising partners for measurement may count as "sharing"; California residents may opt out or exercise any other privacy rights by emailing matthew@agenticpnw.com.

Changes To This Policy
