What We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), website (optional), and your message. We do not collect any other personal information, and we do not use account systems, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

Why We Collect It

We use the information you submit for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. That includes preparing your free visibility scan findings and a proposal, and following up with you about it. That's the whole list.

Who Processes Your Data

Two service providers touch your information, strictly to operate this site:

• Resend: delivers the email containing your form submission to us.
• Vercel: hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run tracking beyond essential analytics needed to understand site performance. We do not add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email matthew@agenticpnw.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
