We rebuilt the site end to end as a 19-route React 19 + Vite 7 build, statically prerendered to plain HTML on Vercel: five service pages led by the $240 flat sweep and inspection, six service-area city pages from Portland to Estacada, a gallery with draggable before/after masonry sliders shot on real jobs, a reviews page carrying the 5.0 rating across 93 Google reviews verbatim, a diagnostic symptom checker, and a two-step booking flow. A per-page JSON-LD graph, an image sitemap, and AI-crawler-friendly robots rules shipped on day one, and the client edits every page through the Agentic PNW portal CMS.

The flat-rate pricing table is published where any homeowner can check it before calling, the masonry work shows as before/after evidence instead of claims, and the old Squarespace site redirects to the canonical www host.
